Providing basic health check-ups for people involved in used oil management

Used oil collectors spend a significant part of their working day handling oil, containers, tools, and equipment. Regular or prolonged contact with used oil, especially without proper protective measures, can expose them to substances that may affect their health. The nature of their work can also involve physical strain and other workplace risks.
Through our Medical Check-up Camps Initiative, we aim to make basic health check-ups more accessible to used oil collectors. The camps provide an opportunity for collectors to get their health checked, understand possible risks related to their work, and receive basic guidance on taking better care of themselves. Regular health check-ups can also help identify health concerns at an early stage and encourage collectors to seek appropriate medical attention when needed.
The purpose of this initiative is simple - supporting the health and well-being of the people who work every day within the used oil ecosystem, while creating greater awareness about the importance of looking after their health alongside their work.
